Yes, that's Elvis on the mantle along with kids' wedding photos and red staffordshire plates. The only thing not visible is the red toile wingback chair. May have to add that. It was recently the subject of a facebook message exchange because it was the same print as a whole bedroom of the same pattern in a recently purchased home by one who loves simplicity. Obviously, not a good fit.
Fortunately, paint works miracles.
At any rate, busy day today, so off to the store and the shop. Valentine goodies are blooming all over the shop from hand crafted hearts by Tina to beautiful red vases, to vintage valentines mini clothes pinned (or pegged, as my English friend would say) to a ribbon clothes line, little touches that bring the
